Shipping & Refunds


To make things even simpler for our customers, we offer fixed shipping rates on standard small to medium sized items for delivery anywhere in Australia.

Standard small sized orders will be $15 for Australia-wide delivery.

Bulky Items. Signage that is especially large or heavy is still $15 for delivery in Melbourne Metro ONLY. Outside of Melbourne it may need to go on a pallet and pricing will be quoted accordingly per order. (If you have already placed your order online and made payment for standard delivery, the $15 will be applied towards the bulk item shipping quote that we subsequently provide for you.)

Melbourne Metro is typically 1-2 days delivery time after your job is completed. Outside of Melbourne may take 3-5 business days depending on the state, geographical location, etc.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.



All signs are custom made, so once production has begun, refunds are not available as the product cannot be used for any other purpose.

Colorate Signs will provide the customer with a proof of the design for final approval before going to print/production. This is the customer’s opportunity to inform us if there are any errors with spelling, layout, colours, and so forth. Once customer has approved the artwork we are not responsible for any mistakes or changes.

In the case that we deliver a product with a wrong PMS colour from what the customer provided, or if we provide the wrong sizing from what was placed in the order, we can refund the full amount or reproduce the sign with the corrections made, at no cost to the customer. For any refund or replacement order the customer must return the original product.
