Limitation of Liability
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services or these terms and conditions, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the resupply of the services or products to you.
You expressly understand and agree that Colorate Signs, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, and any other intangible loss.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Colorate Signs product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Use of Site:
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Colorate Signs or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Colorate Signs may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Colorate Signs, Colorate Signs has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Colorate Signs. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Any link on our website to another website does not imply our endorsement, support, or sponsorship of the operator of that website nor of the information and/or products which they provide.

Shipping Policy
For custom printed products, the shipping time varies depending on the type of product and the value of the order. Every product page has an FAQ section below the pricing, where it states the time it will take to produce and ship your products after we have received sign-off of your artwork proof. Our production begins on the first working day after your artwork proof approval, and there is a cut-off time of 5 pm for approving artwork to ensure it starts in production the following day. All risks of loss or damage to the products pass to you when we dispatch the products.
Return and Refund Policy
At Colorate Signs, we strive to provide our customers with products that meet the specifications stated on our website as well as our customers’ expectations. In the unlikely event that our products do not meet your expectations, we ask that you email us immediately with photos and a description of the problem, and we will make every effort to reach a fast and mutually agreeable resolution.
It is important to note that all our signage is custom-printed with artwork that the customer approves before printing, so it is essential that you select your product and check your artwork carefully. If a color is important, it is essential that a Pantone (PMS) color is advised before the artwork proof is approved so we can do our best to achieve the closest possible color match.
Colorate Signs will repair or replace any products that are not as stated on our website, not as shown on the approved artwork proof (please note the above paragraph regarding colors), or are found to be defective within the warranty period stated on our website.
In the event of a warranty claim by you, and photos of the issue being received, Colorate Signs will:
- If notified within 14 days of the goods being received by the customer: a. Arrange and pay for the return of the goods to Colorate Signs for repair, then repair the goods and return them at no cost to the customer; or b. Replace the goods at no cost to the customer. If Colorate Signs requires the goods to be returned, Colorate Signs will arrange and pay for the return of the goods.
- If notified later than 14 days of the goods being received by the customer: a. Require the customer to return the goods to Colorate Signs (at the customer’s cost). Colorate Signs will then repair or replace the goods and return them at no cost to the customer.
In the event of a warranty claim, our liability will be limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the goods. Colorate Signs will not be liable for any associated costs incurred by the customer as a result of a warranty claim. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of installing the signage that is the subject of the warranty claim. It is essential that all signage is carefully inspected at the time of receipt and approved or rejected by the customer before the customer arranges for the installation of the signage.
Refunds are not offered for custom-printed products.
